Columnist Walter Lippmann was a member of The Metropolitan Club, located a few blocks away from the White House, in Washington, D.C. Members of the Club are predominantly drawn from the professional ranks of the government, military, and private sectors. The American Writer II Walter Lippmann program is the first time the Club has opened its doors to cameras in its 139-year history.
